Is the park pet friendly?

Yes, guests are allowed to bring their pets, but they must be on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the visitor center unless they are a service animal.

Is the park open on holidays?

Yes, the park is open most holidays. However, OMNHP is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Park Hours?

The hours of operation is 9:00AM - 5:00PM.

Are there bike trails in the park?

Bikes are allowed on the park road and our Heritage trail and River trail.

Are visitors allowed in the park after 5:00PM?

No, everyone must leave the park at closing time.

Is photography allowed in the museum?

Yes, photographs are allowed to be taken inside the museum.
